This movie, and I'm reviewing the whole episode and not just this one part, is very obviously good in many, many ways, but it's still marred by some dumb decisions, and some technical problems.
Firstly, the story is very good. In fact, throughout the movie I had a mixed feeling, somewhere between dread and elation, and I felt a little anxious because the whole idea hits very close to home. I can see this happening in the near future, which gives it a lot of credibility.
Secondly, the music is top-notch. I really enjoyed the music in the second part the most. Sadly the sound quality in the voices is extremely poor (I understand the financial troubles), and I couldn't help but get distracted by the poor quality compared to the rest of the sound effects.
Thirdly, let's take a look at the graphics... almost all of them were great, almost. All the jets, and tanks, and buildings, and nuclear explosions, earth, the missiles, the vehicles, the destruction... all looked wonderful. The main character (even though she was extremely over-the-top-perfect-bodied to the point of annoyance, and I noticed you couldn't help but put some camera angles in there to accentuate the fact), was not bad... although I didn't care for her face. The problem was that you slipped in some really CARTOONY stupid looking characters. The main example was the fat guy who was blown apart in this episode... not only did HE look like a Flintstones character, but when he blew apart his SKELETON resembled his body exactly, like a bad episode of the Simpsons. Why you would mix realism, with anime, and then add some cartoony stuff all together is beyond me... perhaps it's a new style you've come up with, or maybe it's your limitations as an artist (you're very good, though), I dunno.
But even though I made a pretty big deal out of them, my gripes are no big deal. In the end, this is an awesome Flash work of art. You should be proud of your final product, and I do look forward to seeing the upcoming episodes. Thanks for the experience.

Albeit short, of course. When you have a good thing, you want it to be longer. What most impressed me, though, was your choice of color. It really captured the original artwork very well.
Calvin and Hobbes... the one newspaper comic I can laugh at...

You know, the way I see it, if I felt bad for every single person who died, I'd be the most depressed person in the whole world. I'm not going to pretend I feel bad for these people, because frankly, I didn't know them, and I'm not gonna' be all like, 'you're sick, how could you?' because I'm not a fake piece of shit like most of the other reviewers.
But anyway, I thought it was kind of fun, really. The music was really cool. What's all this business about wanting money to take this movie down, though? Kinda' stupid of you to think you could get money for it. Hahahah, but it sounds like something I would do, so I'll give you props... but no donations.

The very beginning totally made me think of Prince, which was awesome. Once you get to the :45 mark, it starts getting crazy, but I enjoy that kinda' stuff. Awesome job.

I really liked the beat at :50 seconds... and the laughs were relatively creepy. I enjoyed it.
